The annual compensation payable to the Board of Directors, including the Chairman, is determined by resolution at the general meeting.

In 2010,  the total compensation expenses to members of the Board of Directors for serving on the Board of Directors amounted to SEK 0.7 million.

None of the members of the Board of Directors is entitled to any benefits following a departure from the Board of Directors.
