As Transmode has grown and established itself in new markets, CableTV operators/MSOs, other alternative operators and enterprises have been typical entry points with further expansion into tier 1 and mobile operators as business in a country grows.

In the 2010 customer satisfaction survey Transmode achieved a Customer Satisfaction Index of 79 on a scale of 0-100, a result that in international comparison is world-class, according to CFI Group.
