The Extended Warranty (EW) Service enables the customer to extend the conditions for hardware warranty beyond to the standard term. Through this service, the customer will experience no additional repair costs during the term of the EW Service contract.

The APR customer will receive advance product replacement of defective products prior to Transmode receiving the defective unit at the Transmode Repair Centre.

The faulty unity should be returned to Transmode immediately. The APR replacement unit can either be a new product or a repaired product.

Transmode offers a comprehensive range of services in order to support existing and planned network installations. The Training Services function resides within the Customer Services organisation. The Training Centre is located in at the Transmode headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. Training can also be carried out at customer premises.
