The deployment also included the TM-Series' 4x OC-48 Muxponder which multiplexes four OC-48 into a G.709 framed OC-192 signal.

Transmode has also provided related services such as 24/7 Technical Support as well as maintaining a local Advance Product Replacement (APR) depot ensuring next business day delivery of replacement spare parts.  Engineers from both KDL and Transmode worked closely together in both the engineering and deployment stages to ensure a smooth integration into KDL's legacy network.
