Although the TM platform is intuitive and easy to learn, advanced troubleshooting require in depth knowledge in CLI (Command Line Interface) and IP-management/troubleshooting. This 2 day course consist of a number of hands-on exercises where we teach all of the experience we have from our TAC-work.

• IP/management configuration and troubleshooting
• DCN/PPP/Static/routing/OSPF
• Detecting XFP, SFP-problems
• Creating Sparepart and CU-replacement
• CPE equipment in standalone mode
• Linux knowledge for backup handling (FTP/TFTP) and license file etc.
• SW updating process
• IP structure of node
• Traffic formats for different boards, interoperability

Prerequisites

TCS-TS-PT-2-TM course and working experience with TM-series. IP and DCN training is also recommended prior to this course.
